"I hope you have as fine an experience as I enjoyed in my purchase of a new Harley this year. First of all, co-owner Judy McGuire is thoroughly knowledgeable in all the Harley products. If everything works for you as it did for me, Judy will offer you the best price anywhere when you make your deal, and that is a fact, not just hot air. When you begin to add custom features to your bike, Jake is the guy to help you. Jake is intelligent, gives good advice and is pleasant, polite and courteous. Co-owner Big John reminds me of a bear coming out of hibernation. Sometimes he yawns and says hello, and sometimes he growls. His wife Judy runs the place anyway, so stick with her and you'll be just fine. I have found Pat to be an excellent service technician. You can trust him to do your work. When it comes time to purchase a new jacket or T-shirt, see Barb. I have worked with several bike dealers in the Rochester area. Rochester Harley Davidson is the best. "

The other staff are also very helpful finding accessories that would fit my style of riding and my needs without trying to talk me into the most expensive one. They are also great to help you find clothing that will work great for your riding style and also great at ordering stuff or finding a store that has it to help you make a purchase.
